BAGGINS VIP Loyalty Rewards
Program Parameters
Points Structure:
- Points are earned based on spending for in-store orders Olo Online Ordering via web and Mobile App.
Points are redeemed for Offers (Rewards) when a Member reaches the required points threshold.
Other Discount or Bonus Points Offers may also be available occasionally as promotional or limited-time offer campaigns.
Earning Points:
$1 = 1 point, less any taxes, tips, or other fees and exclusions, such as gift card purchases and reloads and catering.
Points are rounded down to the nearest dollar amount spent.
While Guests can begin earning points with only a phone number (e.g. a “Starter” Member), they must have a Registered Account to redeem rewards or offers.
In-Store: Guests can earn points by providing their phone number to the Cashier at Brink POS during the checkout process.
Online/App: Guests must sign-in to their account to earn and redeem rewards/offers while ordering online.
Registration Incentive:
Guests receive $3.50 Off a Full Size Sandwich or Salad when they register for a Loyalty Account through my.spendgo.com/BagginsGourmetSandwiches online or via Mobile App.
Registration requires using the Olo Loyalty Single Sign-On (SSO), logging in with a mobile phone number, and verifying the account via a One-Time Passcode (OTP) within 5 minutes.
Guests must use a Mobile Number to receive the code.
The Registration offer expires 30 days after it is earned.
Birthday Incentive:
Registered Members will receive the Birthday Offer of a Free Dessert with the purchase of any Sandwich, once a year. The offer is earned 7 days before the Member’s birthday and expires 23 days after their birthday.
The offer is redeemable in-store and online/App.
Core Program + Redeeming Points:
A Registered Member will earn points for each qualifying purchase and can choose to bank their points or redeem points for free items or dollars off when they reach four point tier thresholds. Each threshold has specific items to redeem for Members to choose from. Once a Member decides to use their points to redeem an item, the corresponding points are removed from their account. Points do not expire.
75 Points – Free Chips, Deli Side, or Dessert, up to $4.50
100 Points – Free Cup or Bowl of Soup, up to $7
200 Points – Free Salad, up to $15
250 Points – Free Sandwich, up to $16
400 Points – Free Whole Cake
1,000 Points – One Small Catering Party Tray
Qualifying Items
All in-store and online purchases qualify to earn points, excluding gift cards and gift card reloads, catering, sales tax, tips, and other exclusions.

Guests can access the Olo Loyalty Member Portal to update their Member profile, claim points for a receipt if they forgot to provide their phone number, view points balance, and see their available rewards and offers.
