Have you tried it yet? 

A couple months ago, we started thinking about a new dessert we could make since we haven’t had one in quite a while.  After tinkering in the kitchens, we came up with our Zesty Limoncello Mini Bundt cake that we launched in May as our 30th Birthday Cake.

Well, apparently, you all really liked it.  And I mean, really, liked it.   Because of all that enthusiasm, we have decided to add it to our permanent menu.

We also will be working on a whole cake, similar to our rum cake and carrot cakes that you can take home for all your parties and events.

Zesty Limoncello Cake 

We start with a delicious buttery lemon cake base and mix it  with a  Limoncello sauce that gives you that signature citrus kick.

We add our housemade cream cheese frosting with  zests of lemon to top off each perfectly baked mini bundt cake.  It is your own personal slice of lemon heaven.
